Rene Corbett - has been playing for 11 years and has been teaching drums privately for the last 5. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Music from Massey University majoring in Jazz Performance, and a Certificate in Contempoary Music Performance from The Nelson School of Music. 'Rene the Kid' is also a member of Wellington based band 'Alex the Kid', a four-piece future pop band that have been described as a confused boy band, or the Pet Shop Boys on steroids, and have a mission with their music; "to promote human and robot unity on earth".
